Jenny Query, Executive Director

Jenny QueryBorn and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jenny started her career in healthcare in 1992 as a Certified Nurse Assistant. She has held several roles in the nursing field as staff development coordinator at a nursing home, manager of a rehabilitation unit, and assistant director and director of nursing for several assisted living communities over the past eight years. Jenny received her LPN degree from Ivy Tech Community College.

Dawn Common, Director of Memory Way

Dawn CommonWelcome to Magnolia Springs SouthPointe! My name is Dawn and I am the Director of Memory Way here. I have worked in senior care for almost 10 years now and most of that time has been with residents who are living with differing types of Dementia. In addition to my degrees in Psychology and Education, I am also certified as a Social Service Designee, Activity Director, and most recently as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. I have held a special place in my heart for our seniors who have dementia and want to help make their days the best they can be.

I am originally from Michigan, lived several years in Seattle, WA and have made Indianapolis my home for many years. I have a daughter who is married and living in Charlotte, NC with my wonderful grandson whom I adore! Some of my hobbies include music, small projects around my home, and spending time with family. Please feel free to stop by, say hello and have a quick tour of our Memory Way!

Codie Monhollen, Director of Life Enrichment

Codie MonhollenCodie brings several years of experience, most recently serving as Senior Wellness Manager for the National Institute of Fitness and Sport. He also served as an Adapted Physical Education Coordinator where he developed lesson plans to address the specific needs of individuals with physical and/or cognitive disabilities and developed exercise programs for adults with chronic conditions. He is also a certified personal trainer.

Codie received his B.A. in Physical Education from Berea College, and a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science from Eastern Kentucky University.

We are very fortunate to have Codie join us at Magnolia Springs SouthPointe, where he will lead our staff in continuing to provide quality activity programs and work to expand our offerings in the areas of health and wellness.

Joshua Schubert, Director of Culinary Services

Joshua SchubertRaised in Martinsville, just south of Magnolia Springs, Joshua knew he wanted to be a chef since he was 8 years old. He received his Culinary Degree at Johnson & Wales University at Providence, Rhode Island and returned to central Indiana. He has served as a chef for country clubs and Marriott Management Services and has also taught Culinary Arts for 11 years before going to work in senior dining services and joining Magnolia Springs SouthPointe.

Nicole Pattison, Business Office Manager

Nicole PattisonA native of southern Indiana, Nicole served as the Division Operations Coordinator for Owens Healthcare in California before returning to Indiana to join the team at Magnolia Springs SouthPointe. Since she was 14, Nicole has been working in business for companies like Screen Gems and Sony—and now in healthcare. She graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

Daniel Lasiter, Director of Plant Operations

Daniel LasiterBorn in Franklin, Indiana, Daniel grew up on a cattle and Christmas tree farm. During his eight-year maintenance career prior to joining Magnolia Springs SouthPointe, Daniel served as director of maintenance for another senior living community and as a State of Indiana employee for the Indiana State Museum and the Indiana National Guard Armory Johnson County, where he received a National Guard award for outstanding maintenance.
